Fine first editions        *        Charles Dickens        *        18th and 19th century fiction        *        Victorian three-deckers

Welcome to  Valentine Rare Books, antiquarian booksellers since 1983, and thank you for visiting our website.  We specialize in fine first and important editions of 19th century fiction, but we also foray into the 18th and early 20th centuries.  Charles Dickens - a towering figure in Victorian literature - features strongly in our stock and is given pride of place in this initially small selection of titles on our website. We will be adding titles in the coming months, so please bookmark us for future visits if you are interested in any of our specialties.
